Ultimately, its a matter of perspective. Seda will naturally point to the rules, and the players will naturally complain. As an immortal, its her perogative how she enforces those rules, within the guidelines the creators give her. Human limitations not withstanding, but I'm not going to fault anyone for being human just yet.
I have no comment because the complaint ultimately stems from the manner in which the immortal handled the issue. That's assuming the original complaint didn't come from a person with a hot head, which it did.
In fact, the person with the original complaint could have just as easily chosen to speak with Seda on an immortal-to-immortal basis on immtalk, with the potential input of the other immortals even, instead of posting it to the crier and acting like the immortals are plotting against the players.
So, my assessment: Seda may (or may not) have handled the original issue poorly. Dragging it to the crier isn't helping. It doesn't give Seda any advice on alternate ways of handling it, allow Seda to present her side of the story, or give Juggle any insight as to why Seda would have handled it the way she did.
Worst case scenario: Foul on both sides, repeat the down, 4th and goal.
