reddish-colored glass eye forge

the forge doesn't seem to be on the eq list.. does anyone have a list of the cps for it, the forge cost, and who the forger is?

I believe it's been removed. cps for eye where fire bricks, embers of fire, volcanic glass, black glass, and sanding paper (they loaded randomly like flawed gem cps). Forger was Xibona in Witches (sorry, I did it awhile ago and didn't take notes, trying to go from memory)
