Today's reboot has some fixes based on some performance metrics we saw during previous lag. Today's fixes reduce the number of calls to retrieve system time information that is used throughout the code for things like spell affect/cooldown timing and internal metrics we use to measure lag.

wait so we measured that the overhead from measuring lag, was a lot of lag

that's excellent in a way
