I had a level 40 mage enchant a 2d6 weapon for me and it made it 2d6 +3 +3 a couple days ago.
I ID'd it just now and I see it's +2 +2. Bug or feature?

Working as it always has. I don't know if it is intended or not. A Masterful enchant weapon reverts to a normal enchant weapon when you rent, ship, vault, or auction it.
