Valishael appears to be the only shopkeeper who will not say anything when he's out of coins. When he is, and you try to sell an item, he just returns a blank line.
I see players ask about Valishael approx once a week, thanks to (yay) the run of long uptimes.
Could you please put in a message akin to the other shopkeepers?
