Temple Ruins Question

Anybody know how to get to King Icaric in Temple Ruins? Map doesn't mention and nobody online remembers how... (that doesn't involve ambush, since you can't unlock door from inside either).

So there is a door you can't unlock? Is it not one of the keys on the Pygmy's? Ornated Scroll post perhaps?

Have you tried the held low voodoo stone as a potential key or unlocker?

There's a key (so named) that loads in zone. It's roughly a 4 mil wandering mob who has friends. Key is eaten on use. Enjoy.
