Minotaur Form Question

Hi all

I have a question to those who played a druid with (at least) a minotaur form.
Below are (some of) the minotaur form skills:

Warrior Abilities:
rescue - Lvl: 4, Learned 85%
frenzy - Lvl: 15, Learned 85%
bloodrage - Lvl: 18, Learned 85%
critical hit - Lvl: 25, Learned 30% [-55]
deathblow - Lvl: 39, Learned 85%

I was wondering if the 30% crit hit gets any further increase (with levels?) or it remains the same? Thanks in advance!

after a little testing, it seems to me that's the maximum amount that equanimity allows. I couldn't get it any higher on a 9x40 druid.
