Newbie questions?

I think Tap and Reb miss my point, I wasn't suggesting that we try and lure graphics WOW and lotrtrtr players away to sloth, just that we ask a few we happen to know to come over for a couple of hours as a favour to us for some research.

Rather than wait for real newbies to ask questions, create some artificial newbies and see what their views are, what questions / difficulties occur to them and then write some helpful notes for the real newbs.

Listen guys, this thread is so far off base now its ridiculous. We are working on some amazing and innovative code and we simply need to know the basic questions which newbies ask on channels, via tells, or other communications.

If you want to discuss why text based games can not compete with graphical ones, please move it to another thread. This is very important and we need a productive conversation.
