Man I was around 4 years old in 1986. Although it reminds me of an old (I don't want to offend anyone, but) Mike Hammer black&white only in some Hollywood setting instead of I think Japan, perhaps China only Mike Hammer was about spies from (some Asian country) in other locations. That just reminded me of Mike Hammer or the way to catch Mike Hammer. He was a bad-ass, the guy with the bazoka looks like a chicken-shit. (In your clip there.)
