Some Questions for those who might know...

* Devilskin Gauntlets
How many times can you forge these?
I heard you can sell them for drachma? true? how much? non warriors can do this?

* Talons of the Dragon Lords (Shadow Realm)
CP list and Forger?

* Scintillating Silken Armor (Gossamerigune-la-de-dah-scuttle-asomething)
CP list and Forger?

* Codex of demonic destruction
I'm told you need a key to read this book... CP list and Forger?

I'm not sure the middle two items are still in game. I've poked around in the area's for forge notes etc... drawn a blank.

Devilskins you can make as many times as you like - they are not personalized either. I've made 4 pairs in all. There is also an autoquest you can do which basically involves trading the devilskins for drachma. I [i:2ropb3jm]think[/i:2ropb3jm] it gave 175 drachma... only once per character though. It's an expensive forge though - 48 cps, and something like 64mil coins, and the individual forges that make the cps items that in turn make the devilskins have a nasty habit of blowing up.. so have a bard with you to forge. As far as I know, anyone can forge them, but can only be worn if you have warrior somewhere in classo and are ApAvatar as well ..as far as trading them for drachma, not so sure.. my 3x40 with warrior in classo can't undertake the autoquest as it doesn't have enough levels to wear them either.. whether the auto is restricted to warrior in classo, not so sure.. probably just requires ApAvatar status.

The eq list seems to have eaten the forger and cost that I CAREFULLY SUBMITTED. I'm 97% sure the forger is the First Weaver, but it has been awhile. And yes, it is an aggr forger. Be quick!

The length of black silk hasn't shown up for quite a while, but the bigger mobs in there aren't run much. Annoyingly, the area has a couple items that appear on death so wealth & glory may not be reliable either.
Based on what loaded stuff and what didn't, likely candidates are the first or second weavress. "Maybe" the tiger spider as it is black & orange, and not small.

I saw lots of new bards and have a question for you - do you feel like your 'wealth & glory' song is useful? You must know at least 2 keywords for item you are trying to get info about. And you should pray to your gods those keywords wouldn't be common (like huge gem or steel sword).

I suppose to make it possible to sing for certain mob (sing ‘wealth and glory’ erchyle-pegasus) and if song is successful or masterful mob would tell you 1 item from the list that targeted mob loads.

By that we will be able to get info about new items/cps/forges and it will make bards more useful.

The silken armor is correct second weaver pops silk and first weaver forges for 500k
Glad my monk now has some kick butt armor. Yay

Can someone please post cp's for reddish coloured eye glass? Not on eq list it seems. I Hope I'm not just being a doofus, and they are there under a different name or something.

The reddish eye clasp cps have always been unlisted, it's one of the great mysteries of Sloth.

Fine sanding paper.
Chunk of red glass.
Chunk of black glass.
Pile of fire bricks.
Hot embers.

Those cps are just off the top of my head, and it's late, so the exact names might be a little off

It's forged by Xibona in Witches for a trivial (50k?) amount of coins. It also likes to blow, so bring a bard.

I've been trying to finish a few forges taking up space in my vault.

I need two Small Cutting Stones and Vials of Black Acid, which according to the eq list pop in pyramid. After cycling these mobs for 4-5 hrs last night during fast repop and getting no pops, I wondered if the eq list is wrong and they pop in the pyramid extension... does anyone know?

I got two pops out of the elite guard during this time.

I'd be interested in buying these cp's as well as some sanding paper and some fire bricks if anyone can help in any way.
