Triple 40 equipment adjustments/additions

They are posted in the triple40 equipment section, but here is a synopsis.

2 new items added, both for feet location.

Cincture gains .1 ac
Gauntlets gain 5 mana
Spectrolite charm gains .1 ac
Dragonskin laces gain 1 dex
Holy staff of elders base dmg 3d6 up from 3d4

Exchange costs 500k until the first of July.

I really like the changes. It might have to switch out.

One note, consider it, flame it, doesnt matter. Maybe make the healbonus booties something like boots of a wandering saint instead of what it is called now.

nice changes, one problem and i'm only posting it here cause i'm too lazy to email krom. it seems the spectrolite charm didn't get saved or some other fancy coding thing. it currently has no stats, but still looks rather bitching on my eq! thanks again.
