IMHO recession is unavoidable, and perhaps the Fed would be better off just saying suck.it.up. to all those subprime borrowers and lenders.

It'd be nice if the rest of the world wasn't also being dragged down by your governments weak managment of the economy, but then I suppose its unavoidable with the US being the only world super power right now. Roll on China becoming a second superpower to rival USA ... it even has a civil rights record as bad as the USA to boot so it can't be long now ...

Im currently working on the process of winning a audition with an orchestra in Japan. The U.S. orchestra jobs are rough, and with house, stocks and everything else. I can make more money and have a better life in a foriegn country as it is right now. And i see it only getting better earning Yen as time goes on with the current economy.

I tried playing DSL, logged in made a char. They stick you in this room with a rope, and it instructs you to pull it every 30 seconds until an immortal lets you enter the game and start playing. I waited and pulled the rope about 10 mins before I quit.

I have no idea why 92 people who were lucky enough to be allowed on playing it, the screen sucked as it was. Sloth 3 should seriously advertise or something.

started a char on one of the other tmc top 10 to while away the wait to sloths return ... its not the same, I keep dying ... I feel like such a newb ... just like when I started sloth ... this other mud has a long delay to its death too ... not nice when all you're doing is looking round and trying to find a first kill ... at least sloth had ferrets ... bah notice the unconsious past tense ... I'm personifying of sloth as dead friend ... actually I died to ferrets quiet a lot when I started but at least I killed some ... kittens too ... they were good ... not like these nasty horrid mobs I don't understand with says and tells I can't filter into a separate window easily all the advice I'm getting on their newbie channel is either lost in spam or broken and corrupted ... sloth chars were so nice to me when I first arrived ... anyone remember Caldrick? You could always ask Toxis if he's tried DSL, prob got 10 alts on it already. Mebbe he'll let you have one.
