Recharging a Velvet Covered Wand ?

I need some info regarding how to recharge a velvet covered wand. Dedsune told me this a couple years back, but now I have forgotten. I think it has something to do with a mana flux? The Velvet covered wand is a raise dead wand for Valk.....for anyone wondering and doesn't recognize it... I need to know how and where to recharge it. Some of us have tried to no avail.

you take the mana flux and empty wand to the other appie in shadow playground (i forget which - think longshadow forges and moonshadow recharges - something like that). It's been a few years

just to confirm (cause I did this yesterday on the back of this help) its moonshadow, you need the empty wand a mana flux and 20k coins, the command is forge wand.
