Perhaps we could ask permission to idol dive bots on BH.
If a bots actions result in a group member, especially members dying, then the group gets to pkill the bot.
More than likely the bot wont notice its idol dive death until way after it has happend, because of course they were to busy botting to notice.

Will gladly be sending some notice to immortals about specific bots. Some of you are way out of hand.

Me against penalizing bots? Why would you think that? I'm a tank - which means I'm one of the first to die when (for example) bots don't heal or mobs don't die as soon as they should have.. I'm all for penalizing them. I don't mean penalizing 'afk to the sh*thouse for a couple of mninutes' type botting btw.

Ultimately though, unless rules are enforced like they used to be, it's up to the leader if they'll accept botting or not. If you're in a group and you don't like what the leader is doing, then leave / lead your own group. Simple.

It was agreed some time ago by one or two immorts that if a leader has botters, they (immorts) have no problem with the leader tossing the bots into a room with a mob like demo and leaving them there to die. AFAIK that option is still available, without any repercussion.

So next time someone says they are gonna grab a drink or gotta pee or gotta feed dog/cat/baby/alien etc etc and I can get your attention, they will lose 5 levels? Any chance that I could get 2 of those levels for bringing it to your attention? Would make for an interesting reward. I like the idea of policing ourselves.

[quote="*Krom*":2g2c4nog]Rules are pretty simple, gotta be at keyboard when fighing, ie no botting. See help bot ingame.

If you think it is boring, we can make it more interesting and if the leader sees me on and tells me (or other participating immortals) you are botting, and you dont respond to me, you will lose 5 levels (for first offense).

Bottom line, you need to pay attention and be at the keyboard if you are going to be sucking some exp.[/quote:2g2c4nog]

If thats how you make a game more interesting, I prefer quitting.

Things come up and sometimes you have to step away from the keyboard for a min. But lets get serious, if you need to take a crap, excuse yoruself from the group for a min and then you dont have the problem of everyone dying because you didnt fix the protect, you were the only with mana and the tank died, etc...

Most of the players know if you consistantly bot -- this is what Im really talking about. I just dont have a lot of empathy for you if thats what you are doing or if you are choosing to defend that style of play.

Krom, botting is sure bad. But the problem is that the way groups are being run nowdays it is almost impossible to disclose a good bot.

Good luck with that mud stuff.

real mature...blamin your own fault on leaders.

everyone knows who the bots are, I can name 10 off the top of my head. And trust me, ppl keep an eye out for them in groups, and I will not hesitate to recall or toss anyone botting
