Heres how I've got mine right now.

Various chat windows can be cycled through at top window.
If you click on any spellname in the side windows, it will attempt to cast the spell on current character.

Still working on a pinger chat that will be interchangable with the spelltracker, and that will update on tick and track 12+ mobs automatically, filling a table with name/status/ticks since death, since respawn, and estimated respawn time.
