I agree with Rub on this one...I understand reasoning for stacks...but can't see why flag doesn't disappear even when you obviously shoudln't be boarded after corpsing (further evident of being a BUG by being able to drop things normally). I think it could even remain so rigid if at least the stacked failed steals were registered on finger, but if they really are not, that's just bogus...you're giving pthieves of eq more leeway than over players who failed to steal a spell in group, for at least the pthieves get to know when their punishment ends. Obviously that would be a bug seeing as how your inventory and the outlaw board would act as if you aren't boarded, yet the mobs still recognize otherwise. Hell, why even tell us we're boarded on a failed steal then? It's not going to be accurate in any measurable sense anyway. If you were going to make the flag remain after death, which I think is flawed in itself, you should at least fix the fact that you're able to drop things normally so we can measure when the punishment has ended.
