It is still in the game; I've heard it was a robe that was taken out.
There doesn't appear to be a note but of the 5 components
2 are the electrum cuirass and bee shell, 2 are small items in the area
and a black silk thingy that I assume comes from one
of the larger spiders in there.

I doubt that it is forgable still, and it goes where a cuirass does.
