I'm pretty sure, but u can't enchant stinger.
It would be greater then gimlet for a lvl20 thief.

If it has +2mv in its 'natural' state, then no, pretty sure you wont be able to enchant.. basically anything that has any +hit, +dam, or +effect(s) whatsoever in its natural state cannot be enchanted afaik..

Masterful enchant goes away after rent, to it would change to a +2 +2 after coming back from renting.
