Ok, when we switched servers 2-3 days out of the last few months i have not been able to connect through my mud client or through telnet. For some reason beyond my understanding it seems like my isp is being blocked. Any suggestions out there from the techno-nerds?

I've found that sloth is blocked by Peer Guardian. For some reason the IP is blocked by the government list. That might be causing it.
