Here's something different..

A Cursed Klu Klux Klan Hood

You don't actually wear this (well you can, but you wouldn't want to).. what you do is sneak into the room where a mob is you want to kill, and either give the hood to the mob or drop it on the ground and then run away. Within a minute the mob becomes curious and picks up the hood and tries it on.. only to find it is cursed and they can't remove it. Being a KKK hood, the hood instantly reduces nat Wis and nat Int to 0 and also drops nat +hit to 0. The only way to retrieve the hood is to kill the mob obviously.
