Petrified Armor strangeness

Petrified Armor has no message (like "You feel less protected") when it falls. In this clip the number right before the brackets is my armor class. It jumps from 1 to 5 when armor falls. It'd be nice to have a spell down message like every other spell in the game. thxmuch!
