Need serious help

Postby Mustang » Sun Apr 02, 2006 2:46 pm

I need some serious help connecting to the game ( and general telnet connections)

my computer died, so I've had to get a new HD installing EVERYTHING from scratch, and an update of my bios.

now i'm unable to connect to the game, and telnet to anywhere (tho other activities like surfing web, logging onto messenger clients, and downloading stuff works very well)

can someone point me in the correction direction to fix this problem?

the problem isn't with connecting to the game, it's with connections (telnet) to anywhere....

Check your firewall software. Windows will block outbound telnet by default on some installations. Ohter 3rd party software an be just as restrictive.
