Actually his name is just Pendalf and I have never seen him jumping around chaotically - he is quite composed man.

He does in fact jump around quite a bit.. ..
I was walking through the kobold village and saw with my own two eyes Pendalf jumping here and there as what appeared a very angry kobold male chasing him. Word of advice Pendalf....gotta stay away from them kobold poontang.

If I remember, it's yasik who likes to jump around chaotically... I had a wonderful video clip of it somewhere...

Here we see the Yasik frolicing in its natural habitat. This disturbing creature spends most of its time producing gutteral noises and violently screaming at surrounding wildlife. Little is known about the Yasik and its daily life, other then that the Yasik appears to enjoy fruited cakes, spring colours, and theatre musicals.

Actually, when not frolicing in it's natural habitat, the Yasik is known to stomp about in the Hellwell, smashing the skulls of the impure.
