Need immort help ASAP

Hi -

I am having trouble with an autoquest. The problem is that i cannot leave the mud, rent, or recall until the problem is fixed.

There seems to be no immorts currently logged in.... If one of you guys reads this and has a couple mins to help me, I would greatly appreciate you logging in and sending me a tell.
