You know i might hate alhoon and some of the others and not do them but there are a lot of people here that find it fun no matter what. And to put down Akasha like you did after all the work he has done is just wrong. Why do you think immorts like Blaster who used to do a lot isn't seen anymore? Too many people take their frustration out on the immorts who only try to make things better here. GET OFF THEIR BACKS!!! you don't like the quests don't do them... YOu don't like the rewards or who gets them...ummm...don't do them... you don't like the epics.....DON'T DO THEM. but do NOT make another immort leave because you do not like something. I am sick of tired of losing great immorts b/c someone decides they don't like something. Hell I whine all the time, but at least not about the immorts.

BACK away from the immorts and take your ire out as a builder coder yourself if you want somethign changed YOU do it

Allhoon Baboon

Not sure if there is a epic/MOB that does it but a MOB that randomly successfully orders a groupmember to rescue it would be a hoot!

Does anybody really miss Blaster Quests tho? I thought his quests involved mass casualties for zero reward whatsoever...

 Help my spell shield is already faded!

AK is da bomb! Just because I don't agree with the size of epic rewards for the amount of work, doesn't mean I hate Akasha and disrespect him!

I don't always agree 100% with my friends... but they remain my friends!

When epic's came out I applauded, because it breathed life into the game. Old players come back and I thought this is awesome!

Then xp groups went to a stand still for 2 weeks. Tards started getting upset at each other over honor caps and groups... I realised there wasn't much to buy with the drachma as druid. Then I spent an hour in an epic group killing this huge mob, when no cap was off, and at the end... I wondered why.

Epic's don't float my boat! So what! That's my opinion! Nothing against AK, I don't join epic groups and that's the end of it! Problem Solved. I've soloed my way to nearly 4x40 now, and topped the xp list in my class for 6 weeks running... Really, it's just my opinion and how I play the game.

AK rocks!
Epics Aren't for me!
This is my opinion... game on! 8)

One thing that Akasha did that I really appreciated was the coliseum...

It suited where I was at really well. I was new to the game with jezer, and the first character is pretty hard, esp when your trying to fit in with those legendary old classo tards! cackle

The coliseum allowed me to pop tokens to roll my character on! It also popped stat point potions, it gave me spells like wraithform which really help me, cause my classo sucked. It also meant I could run around valk as -9 with wraithform and a spellshield and impress all the ladies...

I started trading in oct tokens, and my first pieces of plus damage eq were brought from teron for oct tokens!

I could also pop those potions and sell them for decent coins. There also popped a scroll in there which did a room restore! I used it in a few groups and most people didn't even know it existed. Actually I used to see Lis there from time to time... what the heck popped in the avatar gauntlet! I still wanna know! :)

The coliseum was amongest my first posts. [b:jnfx1fks]It caused my first run in with Yasik...[/b:jnfx1fks] The memories... *sniff*

Not many people did the coliseum, but back then it was a life line for me!

What works for me, won't always work for others... I just play a little different sometimes. No disrespect to the man! And I've think I've made my point...

I'll hand you all over now to weasel, for a tension relieving lol cat... Don't leave me hanging here weasel! :)

Shyla your overall post is valid, however...

As far as I know, Blaster is busy with military duties. He shipped out. This is why he doesnt sloth. The time difference alone for him was difficult. I remember him running a quest at like 3am once, cause thats the time he had. Dont confuse or manipulate to prove points. We have republicans for that.

While I have seen an immort bully another immort out of the game. Perhaps you could provide an example of a specific player/s chasing away an immort, because i cant think of one.

Epic mobs were really fun with honor and some drachma. Now some of them are leaning towards being no fun to kill. Balance is important. If anything consider putting the drachma back, and slow down the rate of epics loading.
I was and am still really enjoying epics, because the more I participate the more I am rewarded for my efforts. More work = more advancement.
Prior quests were watch the leader or tank get the prize. Then the rest of the group doing the work got the shaft. The epic system works a lot better.

Thanks for putting it in, and all the work that has already gone into epics.

In fact Blaster doesn't log on to do quests or anything like that anymore the sole purpose for his log ons are to say hello. You notice he doesn't do god lites anymore, nor restrings... You simply ask for a god lite and your beheaded...

You be the judge...

ps... not to speak for the poor guy im sure he could answer it himself, just my point of view from what i've seen / heard.

This shit cracks me up. This comparison is whacked out.

Remind me which president started the Korean war, or how about Vietnam. Must have been our bastard republicans. Don't let GWB turn you against conservatives. There should be nothing wrong with wanting to work for what you got and not have to pay taxes for govt subsidy. Or you can vote for your local Socialist candidate err, I mean Democrat.

Im a registered Independant voter. I consider myself a moderate republican, fiscal republican perhaps, if you need to tie me down to an answer. Arlen Specter of PA, and Susan Collins of ME are senators i like. Pervert hard right wing senators like Larry Craig of ID (pleaded guilty to propositioning a male police officer in a bathroom), or senator David Vitter of LA (married, evanglistic man, kids, who got caught having his name pop up in escort directories for paying for sex.) Moral majority right? How do these guys still have jobs. So for the pervert senators, the lies, the lack of money in my pocket, excessive spending, budget defict, crappy economy, the twisting of facts by right wing republicans all over this nation, i dislike the right wing of the republican party.

Now whenever you are not a right-winger, or disagree with current goverment status quo you are a liberal democrat. News to me, i dont particularly like liberal democrats either.

Perhaps thats why a candidate like McCain is winning his primaries, while the right-wing goes on hating him, and encourging neo-cons not to vote for him. Appears a majority of americans are tired of the nonsense, and its showing up in their voting. I dont know if he is the perfect candidate. As a former PoW, he shows some common sense, having seen hell and lived.

So the past lets see....who can forget the photo of donald rumsfeld in the 80's shaking hands with saddam hussein during a U.S. to Iraq arms deal to help them with the Iran-Iraq war. My personal favorite is the U.S. giving weapons to Afgansitan tribal leader Osama Bin Laden to help him fight the soviets in the 80's as well.
So can I thank Reagan for creating the mess we are in now with the never ending war on Terror? I dunno, but it doesnt look real good.

Those in power during the Korean war and the Vietnam war were before i was born, and i cant see where I say they were right in their actions in my prior post. It is also sad that those wars had to exist. Also mentioned powers/people arent in power now, nor are we currently engaged in living those wars, so I cant really think much about them at this time.

I am to the point I dont care who redirects this country. But its time to swing this ship around. May the best candidate win the presidency and restore the USA to some level of health.

I can also have an opinion on politics. You are welcome to your own opinion as well. We are both Americans.

Mike, I am past a tape round for an Orchestra in Japan. Live Audition is in March in new york. If i win I am leaving this country. Mostly cause i feel trapped in the middle without a voice, and right-wing republicans make me want to vomit. Ron Paul sort of had the right idea, but wasnt the right guy to get the message across to enough people. Blue state, red state. Hate it. I have no clear answer for the problem, nor will i suggest one. The correct answer will never please everyone. I will go earn more money, have a free health plan, pension, and just learn Japanese. Ill come back perhaps when it all gets sorted out.

Some video for clarification.

A photo to back it up.

Thank you neo-con right wing.

Broc I agree with everything you said. I just think its unfair to make blanket statements. Sure there are people on both sides that are screwing up the country. The reason people are voting for McCain is because they feel he "has a chance". This is ignorant voting. I don't know when it became a popularity contest instead of a battle of ideas. I blame the media and the voters for believing everything they read/hear. I guess if everyone felt like you we could succeed to Mexico and let them have it. **** it. Give up.
