who additions

Postby kjartan » Thu Oct 27, 2005 10:52 am

We've received some "idea" requests to let you do a who by class. That feature has actually been there all along, although I didn't know it until I looked at the code. I rewrote the help for "who" so that the feature is now documented.

Also, I have added "clan who" which lists everybody in your clan who is logged on. (This was also a request from the ideas file.)

Yeah, I recall it was added at the request of Shyla(?) after the new classes were added, because with only 4 classes it was easier to see who was on that could use a certain book, but with the new classes that actually got a lot harder to do easily. I was thinking about it the other day and couldn't remember the syntax to use it, so thank Kj.

Splork was the one who read the idea files and saw that people were asking for this - I just coded it.

I can do some sort of "friends who", sure.
