Some scroll vendors have updated their inventory

Urdas in Thal Town and the mage apprentice in Lyme have updated their inventories and now carry damp moldy scrolls as a standard item.

In response to the increased supply of these scrolls flooding the world market, they will become cheaper pending the next crash/reboot.
