It makes for a great kill or die run. On levels one and two of ET you can kill mobs in 0-1 rounds with a good stab and some blasting (not even the blasting for level one, and a bit of two), but if something goes wrong...hilarity ensues.

Might be time to rethink the "unlit regen tanking is awesomeness" idea.

Another consideration is those in the group further down the chain. How often do they die because of your stupidity? You have a responsibility to do whats right for them, and my bet is that they don't want to die.

If by some freak, you had corpsed 67 times last week... which is unlikely you could have been down 6 Bill xp for the week. So that was half your playing time all for nothing... Don't forget to add some time for all the people who waste time saving your butt all the time.

You can play the game however you like, if you like to die, that's fine, but just remember, you are only one player, and when you group... you have a responsibility to the group. If this continues people will stop grouping with you... and I know many who already don't...

Wisdom suggests that maybe a change in style might actually put you further in front? It's in your own interests. Keep it up, and people will eventually vote with there feet, by walking away.

Thought I should mention that when I was following Sa, much of the time he died was due to underhealing, when there was still plenty of mana in the group.. in other words, bots.

I don't know if you'll see Sa leading much more for a while - I got the impression he was pretty much fed up with bots.

It's hard to heal a tank who can't keep his own aegis and iron skin up, and runs wearing the wrong ac... what you seen is correct weasel, but it's not the healo's fault! Trust me! You can die in <1 round on lyme if these things are down... And if only 1 healo is in, in two rounds... because 1 restore will not be enough for the second round.

Personally, I find the dying adds a lot of fun to a group (when it's not caused by bots at least). Things can get pretty interesting once you loose the top tanks while a mob's still at small wounds

Of course I have very, very little concern about dying/corpsing/looting, so that skews my opinions somewhat.

first off,i tank the way i wanna tank,just because i have to study n cant put my 100% attention into the full time im mudding cause im trying to make sure u stupid bots are using ur mana n getting group in order. so wat if i forgot to change my eqs 2 times in a week while tanking. just because i do not like grouping or talking to u on the mud doesnt give u any base to comment on watsoever ive done in groups. go do ur own stuff on mind ur own business.u dont like grouping with me then dont.ive never asked u to group with me. get lost or ill freaking kill u.
