Although I put in a good word for him based on recent behavior, Al was actually banned for life from the mud a while back for disruptive behavior to the mud and driving away other players. It has nothing to do with the recent activity other than it brought out who he was.

honestly i have to interject something.

for many times over the last few years when imm's have been asked to "do something" about a player that is constantly causing problems in groups or harassing others.. We are usually told "we cannot get involved with mortal player affairs" and "you are going to have to find a way to deal with it amongst yourselves"

well i think along that lines it should be OUR choice on whether or not gimlet should be banned.. WE have had to deal with him, WE have had to sort through his antics and boredom. And guess what? A large part of us really like gimlet and enjoy playing with him.

I think the playerbase should have the ability to make our own educated descisions on this matter.

You Can't ban Gimlet, he owes me like 500k for recall scrolls Ive used on him when hes dead. I was just gonna let the total rack up till he could buy me a mansion somewhere. Man I'm off the mud for 2 days and people get banned and crap? Sorry to see u go Al, but Ill see ya on Icq I guess.
