3x40 and other levs that earn eq

here's an idea: what do you guys think about having guildmasters able to give chars choice of eq available at the levs that earn eq and then be able to give that eq to the char instead of having to wait for an imm to be on and have time to make the eq for you and also if you choose to exchange one piece of eq for another, be able to pay guildmaster the appropriate price for switching the eq out?

3x40 and 4x38 is the point at which them Gods Themselves admit teh perseverance and persistence of mortals and grant them Items of POWER personnaly.

i did not mean to make the guildmasters give the eq automatically....i meant to give the guildmasters a list command so that the player could choose to get the eq from the guildmaster him or herself IF there is no available imm to pass down the eq...there are some players who are simply not able to wait around for however long it takes for the imms logged in to be able to pass down the eq. and some players (like vanyel) are solo artists and may simply want the option of getting the eq....and some players choose to switch out their 3x eq....at which point i still think the guildmasters should be able to handle it as an option. i don't want to force it on the players for eq to be automated. i know that as ember i actually like interacting with mortals and letting them know that i honestly DO give a shit....and there have been several imms upstairs that have pointed out that they like the personalization of giving out the eq to the players themselves so don't despair guys and gals....i'm just offering a suggestion - hence the poll.
