Actually, Harlot is getting a bargain. In addition to getting .5 mil coins, the buyer agrees not to interfere with Harlot. I wish I could get the cops to agree to pay me 5 grand in exchange for not giving me tickets in the next 9 months....

It also protects from only 1 pthief. I know we have at least 2 atm.

Or, I could just keep my money, web, blind, silence, jail, pkill, etc Harlot at will and laugh at them a lot.

Not accusing any Imm's but allowing non-imm char's to know who alt non-pthief char's for killing should be againt the rules. Probably isn't and I'm not going to lose any sleep over it but maybe I was more annoying than good at ptheiving but at least I kept people busy chasing and killed the monotany from slow game days.. whatever.. screw it I'll go into semi-retirement. It's not a case of I lost and you won.. I would like to think of it as you got what you wanted.. now go back to being bored.

Never suggested anyone was weak or stupid. But I never came out unless it was really low amount of players and/or no groups on for awhile. Like I stated previous I never stole from someone I didn't like and if anything enjoyed sparring with my fellow mudder.I'm only suggesting that getting all worked up over a pthief that had a less than 20% success rate isn't worth it.. I had fun and if you didn't *shrug* wasn't mean to ruin your fun...I had enough people tell me they enjoyed my somewhat comical approach to thievery and if you didn't fall into this group.. well then apologies.

Not sure I even know you Harlot... my comment is about the attitude of pthief's...

When they steal they are being "Robin Hoods" or "Adding to the Mud" or they say "People are enjoying it." They try to come across as "lovable rogues."

This is a perception pthief's paint of themselves... no one else buys it!

I don't understand why people in life accept evil... ok I'm starting to moralise a bit here... I think it's wrong to say "You shouldn't of had that hex in inv, its your own fault." To say that, you suggest people should tolerate evil... I refuse to tolerate evil! Stand up! This is how people die in genocide... No one bothers to stand up! This IS just a game, but I try to play this game in the way I conduct my own life.

No matter what pthief's think they do for the mud (yes I do enjoy chasing them) I lost a hex I could of sold for 100k... that is a fact! The next bunch of tokens I pop go to auto's stupid trivia give-away...

Oh what a crock of shit Jeezer You play this game the way you conduct yourself in real life? That mean you go around killing hundreds of people in real life? If you want to seriously try portray Sloth in terms of actual good and evil we are all evil by societies standards!!!

It is a game. Games have rules, and when you agree to play the game, you agree to abide by the rules. The rules allow pthieving. That is no more evil than killing the citizens in Bal Harbor. Maybe rather than trying to play the game the way you live your life you should try get a life?
