Dispel magic spell

How about a spell that unlike dispel magic could be cast on certain spells?
Say you cast 'dispel magic' spell stone skin and it will dispel only stone skin? That could be very useful when you are just going into a fight and see that your strength or stone skin about to fall so you could dispel it instead of waiting for it to fall in battle. Or when you have to run into a no_fly area,
Of course webs could not be dispelled like that.

So what is that spell the little brats in Thal have? 'skitzle' or something?

It dispells your fly. It would be kinda convenient for characters to have that spell.
