Caster prime ability

Say it takes you to round to concentrate, but then you are able to blast 2 spells simultaniously
In fight it would be quite useless because you can cast 3 spells in 2 rounds already, but would be a nice way to start the fight.

btw, druids can not always blast 3 times per 2 rounds. that's not good :)
