State of the equipment page?

Hi

I have received some conflicting information on the state of the equipment page and I'm wondering if someone can clarify.

Is the equipment site updated automatically from the mud or is it a snapshot of old data?
It seems to be missing some equipment, like the gold chain from the golem in the sewers below BH.
Should I submit this equipment (how?), is it a bug that it's missing, or are some items hidden on purpose and that's one of them and I should delete this post? Is the information on there guaranteed to be accurate, or as we identify stuff should we be correcting it? (how?)

Yes.

It seems to be missing some equipment, like the gold chain from the golem in the sewers below BH.

Some old items are malformed and have been excluded accidentally in the past. An immortal will have to fix the item. I think sewers is one of the oldest areas so it doesn't surprise me.
