questions about 7luck

If you have time and desire, please, help me find answers on these two questions about 7luck:
1) Does it work on lyme?
2) Does it work on a continent at its day (i.e. will it work on bh at bh day)?

I've heard various opinions about it.

I don't see anything in the code that would limit the song based on continent under any circumstances.
