Adamantium Sceptre - how to forge?

Kerwin in Lirgea forges this item. However, he does not list the components, and I failed to find a forge note or other documentation within the area to fill in the blanks. Would someone share how the component list is revealed in-game? Failing that, would someone share the component list itself? Thanks.

Forge list is actually part of room desc, or some tome/scroll.

I remember the jing-jit disk and golden sceptre(high-priest) being part of the components, but gave up on the forge soon after.

Kerwin's Abode
A gentle breeze blows in from an open widow above a table that is
covered in freshly oiled armor filling the room with a pungent scent. A
tall rack standing next to the table is covered in assorted sizes of salted
hides. The smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls wafts from behind a metal
door next to the fireplace. The only other resemblance of a home is the
two over-sized chairs positioned directly in front of the fireplace. In

The combination of new and old has lead to a great discovery. There
still needs to be some more testing done. I need to enlist the help of
some travelers to bring me more supplies.

First I need a copper disk from the land of youthful adventurers, also
an item from a high priest in the water. A bar of some light and very
strong material should be good as plating. Oh, and I need some very fine
conductive string for securing reasons.

Gah, those blasted kids have been messing with my tools again; I will
need to find a suitable hammer to do the repair work in my shop.

there is a way for immortals to enter forge information, or from their areas, i cannot remember how to do it though.

the whole eqlist needs a redesign,
but i am not ready to ask for input yet.

whenever i am ready, i will be asking the mortals if anyone with web
experience wants to help redesign the eqlist.
