satan and lucifer

okay.. i am getting mixed information and am a bit confused.

is satan suppose to appear when lucifer's house is down and he is dead?

is there some wierd trick to get him to appear.

after crash i went in search of satan since lucifer was gone. This is what i found
Grand Throne Room of Satan

elaborate throne all this time, carefully plotting the downfall of mankind.
A corpse burns on the bier in the corner of the room, sending choking
clouds of black smoke all through the air. A huge altar stands before the
throne, casting off a blinding light, an endless stream of blood issuing
from a fissure in its side, etching everything in its path. An evilly
glowing cross hangs upside down above the door, signifying impending doom.

High Priest of Hades is protected by an aerial servant.

This demonic priest stands in prayer over the altar of his master, the Lord
Lucifer. The priest's black robes extend to the ground, brushing the
granite floor like a menacing whisper of the promise of death on the neck.
Small in stature and impish in features, the priest is none the less a
willful and powerful defender.
High Priest of Hades is in excellent condition.

Stairs of Beckoning
The gigantic spiral staircase here leads to the darkest, deepest, most
frightening part of hell. The stairs are made of a deep, black onyx, but
display a very shiny luster. Looking into the black stone you would expect
to see yourself, but only see a skull.
