Monk Tert?

Stun is wa/ba/cl, and Addict is wa/ba/mo.. yet we have same hp and he has nearly 100 mana more than I do. Can someone look into this and perhaps discuss if this is meant to be? Seems a little out of whack, and perhaps some sort of oversight from s3 to s4.

Stun and I stripped gear, and I had him put on 1 rusty bracer (-1 con) so that we both had 14 int and 16 con.

Stun: 188 levels, 926 hp, 296 mana
Addict: 187 levels, 940 hp, 226 mana
Giving Addict +14 hp, -70 mana

I think the extra hp I have might be from extra tert and quad levels over Stun. Which means we have same hp but he gets +70 mana, and this isn't even at quad 40, meaning he could have over 100 mana over Addict.
