was wonder how much pluss damge is equal to one damge
and wonder why Cobalt Blue Armor is a mt prime item it has
+5 Stab Dam, +10 Circle Dam -1.9 ac but has no damge on it
versuses say a Black Dwarven Platemail that is +1 Dam, +25 Mv and is
-0.9ac
seeing i normaly run 22 12 unbuffed in stab gear with a ac of -4.2 buffed
and i take one hell of a beating on the front line so im just wondering whats they best options and why a mt prime item has no pluss damge on it

I think this is considered "imm info" and the formula for stab damage was re-worked some months before the new sloth, but here is how it's been explained to me some time ago. I do not know if this is correct.

+Dam adds to stab multiplier, +Stab dam is added on after your stab.

So lets say your stab does 20hp of damage and your at +5 dam...

5 x 20 = 100hp damage.

Lets say your stab does 20hp of damage and your at +3 dam and +5 Stab Dam...

(3 x 20) + 5 = 65hp damage.

Hence +dam > +stab dam to the point I know some "elite" thieves didn't even bother with it... if they had it... it was a bonus.

There is only one stat in sloth that potentially rivals +dam and that is mana, because indirectly mana is everything.
