spell Disruptions

The spell disruptions seem to be reduced which is a huge improvement, and is much appreciated. But, thought you might want to know that they are not totally removed as was indicated in Splork's post.

Thank you very much for cutting lost conc rate.
Amounts of lost conc nerves me so much I've even made scripts to track lost concs!! I can't say statistically rate is awful (but I still have very limited data to be sure). I think all players appreciate it.
