I had accidentally introduced a bug causing shifted forms and mobs to never miss their attacks. It has been fixed and I apologize.

Oh, that was a bug? hmm. I did think it odd, never thought it a bug though. So I guess I can't even solo a maenad now, shifted or unshifted... er, thanks Splork.
