Milestones

Milestone rewards will work like the following;

1) First person to reach each milestone(level 40, 2x40, etc) will receive a quest item.
2) Second person to each milestone will receive either 20 rolls from me or drachma.
3) Third person reaching each milestone will receive drachma.

If a player has already one a milestone eq item, they can not win a second item. We want eight different players to win eq. This person will get the second place reward in such a case.

Also, the drachma reward increases with each milestone, meaning level 40 prime is 25 drachma for second place, and the 2x40 drachma reward is 35.

If someone made it first to more than one milestone, we'd probably let them trade up and put their other item back in the queue for the second person to get the milestone. We won't get more complicated with passing other stuff down to third and fourth places, etc.

The items arent going to get progressively better with each milestone. We are giving out basic max_stat items for each milestone. The items depend on your class.

Godmode will be getting drachma from here on out:)
