another reason not to chop

..as far as I know this does not apply to non-shifted players, but still, what the hell? Seriously, nobody chops anymore because it's been so badly nerfed, but heck, if chopping is so hated by Someone that you now LOSE exp for doing it, why don't you just stop f*ing around and remove it altogether, ffs. Real good idea when kills are capped at 5mil exp, yet it may cost a player a number of multiples of 7mil exp for hitting a mob? That's just silly. If it's a bug, then please make it go away, for the sake of those it effects.
