So, as you can see acid blast has been changed. Instead of fixing masterful casting on 'slow' spell. Thanks a lot!

acids still work to blind the mobs. masterfuls don't blind at 100% which I think is lame too...but masterfuls also have a chance of casting double. If channeling attunement bonuses apply, I ain't mad.
