5x40 Light Changes

I have an Avatar light question.

Can the light attributes be changed after you get it? I am thinking of trying an unconventional setup with the plan of (maybe) changing sometime in the future.

The gory details:
I am considering manaregen and +con. (Basicly just a replacement for my pearl.) If I ever get enough XP for some stat points (or choose to reroll) I would want to change the light to manaregen and +dam. Could I do this?

With enough junk and a .2ac +1 dam light, -11ac and +22 dam is still
attainable. So one of these days I'll do the unconventional thing too.

Yes, you can change the stats on the light Qa - or at least you could in the past. I've done it for the same reasons as you - I had to wait until I could buy a stat before I could turn it from +1Dam +1Con into a +2Dam light.. although I think I was charged for the priviledge.. either 3 or 5 million coin.
