Here is a log of my attempts to create a charm with improved-hast spell:

sing 'call of' 'improved haste'

You begin to sing 'call of the sidhe'.
Ok.

A sheoque steps out of the shadows.

A sheoque takes a sliver of sapphire.

A sheoque takes opalescent crystal shard and starts weaving a spell over it.

In general the type of Sidhe that shows up is as follows:

spell lvl 0-9 Fear Gorta
spell lvl 10-19 Cluricaun
spell lvl 20-29 Leith Phrogan
spell lvl 30-40 Sheoque
avatar spells Fear Sidhe <-------------------(*)

So, looks like the spell or the song are bugged.
