Restiveness SB Bugged?

I have a palipitation spellbook and the dictionary that is needed to read the book. I can hold the dictionary and read the spellbook, but i gain no knowledge of the spell, note i can sit here and read it over and over again and i just can't seem to absorb it!

It sounds like it's a bug then - I'll have a look at it tonight.

Ok, it's fixed. Anybody who has one of these will probably have it fixed automatically when they log in; if not, get an imm to trade it for a new one.
