a couple changes

These will go in tonight.

1. You can now hold anything. You will only get the benefits from it as far as armor class and affects if it's something you could have held before.

2. You can't recite held scrolls while blind any more.

3. Mobs that are the sort of thing that might reasonably be expected to use a potion will use potions they pop with. (They won't use them unless they are in combat, though, and they aren't 100% efficient so it may take them a while to decide to use it).
