Wintin.Net 1.09

Postby *Splork* » Wed Oct 26, 2005 5:05 pm

Frobisher has released version 1.09 of Wintin.Net. Here is his post on www.wintin.org

Changes in this release:
- various MXP fixes
- full support for non-optional elements of the MXP specification
- MXP variables and Attributes accessible as Wintin variables
- Actions can be created to fire when variables change
- urls displayed as clickable links
- revised Options screen
- display performance improvements
- various other fixes listed in the bugtracker

Enjoy,
Splork

There is one small bug that ha been found, apparently the tick messages were left out of this version. So if you use something like a mob pinger which depends on them, you may not wish to update. Otherwise, I suggest updating, this version seems quicker and being able to customize your mxp links is really nice.

Is the link to download under beta downloads?

I clicked on the downloads page, and I didn't know which one would give me the version I want :(

Yeah, the wintin site isn't exactly clear about what version you're getting, but 1.09 will be in the beta section at the bottom of the page.

EDIT: On a side note, anyone else notice just now that my avatar is posed allmost exactly the same as Splork's, but for facing the oppisate direction, or is it just me? :)
