The Treasure
Amazing doesn't even begin to describe this treasure. Crystal walls
refract the light at all possible angles. Chunks of obsidian lie on the
floor, sometimes hiding precious gems. What catches the eye immediately,

valk is a great place for newbies and stuff. if you want to give morts, take it off vk or don't do it in areas where people are likely to be soloing. a very simple and useful command is where. it shows you not only what area you are in, but other players that are in the area as well. (yes, i know that some players hide/sneak/stalk and i know not everyone has detect invis, sense life, infravision, darksight, whatver) if/when you see someone else in area with you, common courtesy is to ask what they are cycling and if it is okay for you &/or you and group to come through and kill too. a little communication helps. also, use tools we have like brief, concise, gag title, etc to help cut down on room spam, making it a little easier to see if someone is already there fighting. if you have the levs, use spells like web, brambles, etc to hold the mobs in place so they don't flee. with all that fleeing, it is very hard to know which mob you are chasing and which mob someone else is chasing if the mobs are the same. it's very easy to make an honest mistake.

I agree with Firebrand, it's always good to be careful of others especially in a popular area like Blasters. But I also took the time to read those logs and it seems that Piiz made every attempt to rectify an honest mistake. Including a few apologies and 10000 gold which is about what a servant kill is worth xp and gold combined.

I'd like to think that honest mistakes can be settled between the parties involved in a civil manner without dragging names through the (mud).
